5th Camberwell are an active group focused on providing scouting adventures for young people in the locality.

We have Beavers, Cubs and Scouts sections covering age ranges from 6 to 14 years old who meet on fridays at St Faith’s Community Centre.

We also have a second Beavers section currently only open for pupils who attend the Judith Kerr Primary School.

This site contains information about our sections and activities, and registration forms should you wish to get involved!

Scouting for all ages

Make friends and try new indoor and outdoor activities

Learn practical skills while having adventures with friends

Build confidence, resilience and a sense of adventure

Scouting gives young people the skills to succeed in life.

Scouting isn’t just singing round the camp fire and toasting marshmallows (though you can do that too!). It’s learning to speak publicly, how to organise activities and how to face your fears. Its learning practical skills from starting a fire to updating a website that young people will use throughout their life.

The 5th Camberwell Scouts group has an extensive programme of events and activities that help young people gain some independence, develop their social skills and get them working in a team. Scouts builds skills for life.
